Manhattan Corner was the final property to be built in the Grand Moorings precinct. The mixed use, sectinonal title development, consisting of ground floor retail/.offices with residential aprtments aboved was developed by Rabie Property Group. Construction of Manhattan Corner commenced in July 107 and was completed in May 2018 by Big Ben Construction.
