Financial requirements of community schemes
Healthy financial management of community schemes is an essential when deciding to invest within, be it for your own occupation or for renting to a tenant as an investment. There are several legal requirements schemes are required to comply and are enforced by the Community Schemes Ombuds Services (CSOS). Each month a levy is paid by section owners for the services they provide in assisting community schemes operate witin the regulations and assiting with disputes.
